The folloing explains our policies with respect to returns, refunds, order cancellation Return If in any way, you percieve the delivered/shipped product as different from what you expected, a refund of the purchasing price may be issued under the following conditions: (1) You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. (2) prior to sending the item back, you need to request a refund by emailing us at support@technobookstore.com and indicating the reasons of your request. (3) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (5) Your item must be in the original packaging. (6) Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (7) you are responsible for all shipping costs (8) Only the purchase price is refundable. The original shipping cost is not refundable.
