Why You Should Use A Treadmill Or Run Outside
There's a distinct difference between running outside and on treadmill, and they both have their positives and negatives. The top notch benefit of using a treadmill is that you will never have to contend with the elements of being outside, which depending on where you are in world can get bitterly cold or sizzling hot.
There's a cushioned surface on the treadmill that will lessen the impact of running, which can reduce the number of shin splints that occur from outside running.
